Yes, this is not to be used as list server or bulk mailer. You are restricted to 300 outgoing mails per day, if you have a legitimate use case for more, let us know and we’ll work with you. For most users this will be plenty.

This service is meant for real individuals and small businesses. If you attempt to abuse the system, it will detected quickly and the mailbox(es) will be suspended immediately. You will not be notified until we actually suspend your service. If it was an honest mistake, we will turn it back on. If we recognize spammy behavior you will in all likelihood be terminated, and no, you don’t get your money back.

During business hours (9am to 7pm MST (GMT -7)) it should be within 5 – 30 minutes. Outside of those times it may be 9am before we get to you. As our support staff gets larger to support other products, these times will shorten. If the amount of business warrants it, we will automate the process and it will become almost instantaneous.

Very. In 3 years of utilizing this service, hosting 100’s of mailboxes sending thousands of emails, we have never had any problems receiving mail (without spam) and getting emails delivered to where they belong.

None of our accounts have ever been hacked. Our service has been specializing in smaller email servers for over 10 years and by closely monitoring for problem accounts, threat actors, frequent audits, excessive security automation, and physical monitoring of the servers in a local datacenter, your data is extremely safe (and private!)

We take privacy very seriously and have since 2009. We will never sell, rent or otherwise share your data outside of the Forsite LLC family of products and services. All of our service providers follow the same practices.

Yes. We will send you instructions to connect your device(s) to our mail servers. We suggest using IMAP if you want to use your own email client. Just be aware that sharing or potential scanning by almost all email clients from big tech companies, will happen.

For the best privacy (and security), we offer Roundcube webmail. Using this very decent client means everything stays on our servers.

We can also offer you Nextcloud, but only if you are very knowledgeable about it. We can’t hold your hand setting that up. If you are an expert, we would be interested in talking to you.

We currently have bisbeearizona.com and bisbeemail.net for your use. bisbeemail.com is also available (with lots of features) on a big tech companies infrastructure. It doesn’t start with g and doesn’t hoover up all of your data, but you are passing on some behavioral data to it.

If you’re interested in using bisbeemail.com (and being able to store a ton of files and lots of other features), let us know on the contact page. Pricing starts at $150 per year. Only available as an annual subscription plan.

If you’re interested in using your own domain, you will need to add DNS records to your domain. We can help with this. If you order a new domain, or transfer your existing domain to us, we will handle everything for you. You own the domain and can transfer it to another registrar at any time, free of charge from us.
